Digital Presession

NAVSA 2025 Digital Presessions will take place November 7th and 8th, 2025, on Zoom.

For security and privacy purposes, free registration for the digital presession is required for both presenters and attendees. Please use THIS LINK to register for the digital presession. Note that this process is entirely separate from the registration for the in-person sessions at the Omni Hotel in DC.

What is the Digital Presession?

In the days before the in-person conference in DC, we will be hosting a special NAVSA 2025 Digital Pre-Session with the goal of establishing key questions and setting terms for the physical event at the Omni hotel. This pre-session will be held on Zoom as an open event, with free registration for both speakers and attendees. Registration is mandatory, for privacy and security reasons, but it is (to repeat) free. PLEASE REGISTER HERE TO RECEIVE ZOOM LINKS. The goal of this remote element of the conference is to increase accessibility by expanding the number of presenters and providing an option for those unable to physically travel to DC.

THE DATES OF THE DIGITAL PRESESSION ARE FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7 and SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8. THE DRAFT SCHEDULE FOR THE DIGITAL PANELS IS HERE.

Sessions run from 10:30 am to 4 pm on both days, with all times listed in Eastern Time. Zoom links will be provided to all registered attendees and presenters directly. Please reach out to navsa@georgetown.edu with any questions.
