REGISTRATION LIVE; HOTEL BOOKING NOW OPEN

Registration for NAVSA 2025 is now open. Please use THIS LINK to register. Tenure-line registration for NAVSA is $275; the rate for non-tenure line colleagues, graduate students, and independent scholars is $90. Please be aware that on September 15th, rates increase by $50. Registration closes on October 15th. Note, too, that attendance for the hands-on Sunday workshops is limited to 25 per session; those spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel room reservations are now open. A block of rooms for NAVSA 2025 has been reserved at the Omni Shoreham Hotel for conference attendees at the negotiated rate of $249 per night. The portal for booking those rooms is HERE.

Please note that events for NAVSA 2025 will run from Thursday morning, November 13, through Sunday, November 16th, at noon. Panels will be set for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, c. 8:30-5, with keynote events in the evenings. Sunday morning will feature special workshop sessions, detailed here, limited to 25 attendees per session.
