Registration for NAVSA 2025 has now closed. THIS LINK leads to the registration site, where your registration details and receipts, etc, can be accessed. Tenure-line registration for NAVSA was $275; the rate for non-tenure line colleagues, graduate students, and independent scholars was $90. Please be aware that on September 15th, rates increased by $50.

If you missed the registration deadline but would like to attend the conference, please email us directly at navsa@georgetown.edu.

Note that attendance for the hands-on Sunday workshops is limited to 25 per session; those spots were allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel room reservations remain open. A block of rooms for NAVSA 2025 has been reserved at the Omni Shoreham Hotel for conference attendees at the negotiated rate of $249 per night. The portal for booking those rooms is HERE.
